Brooklyn Charter Bus & Party Bus Rentals
Brooklyn is one of the most densely packed boroughs in New York City — and moving a group through it without losing half your group to the BQE, street parking nightmares, or a subway delay is a real logistical puzzle. Queenspartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses serving Brooklyn so your group arrives together, on time, every stop. Fill out the quick online form or call 917-935-6880 to get pricing in under a minute.
Compare Party Buses in Brooklyn in One Search
Queenspartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a fleet operator. That distinction matters, and it's actually great news for you. Instead of calling five different Brooklyn transportation companies, waiting on callbacks, and trying to compare quotes that never quite line up, you fill out one short form and get pricing and vehicle options from providers serving Brooklyn and the surrounding area in seconds.
No account required. No obligation. Just a fast, free look at what's available for your trip.
The bus network Queenspartybuscompany.com connects you to covers party buses from 15 to 50 passengers, minibuses in the 15–35 seat range, full 40–56 passenger charter buses, Sprinter vans, and 14-passenger Sprinter limos. Available Amenities on Your Brooklyn Bus Rental
Not every Brooklyn trip calls for the same setup. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar cabinet, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and Bluetooth sound — built for celebration nights through Williamsburg bars or Brooklyn Navy Yard events. A minibus is a cleaner pick for corporate shuttles or wedding guest loops between a Park Slope ceremony and a DUMBO reception, with reclining seats and powerful climate control for summer Brooklyn heat.
For longer hauls — a group heading from Brooklyn to a stadium in New Jersey or a conference in Midtown — a full charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms so the trip doesn't require pit stops. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, and the quote tool lets you filter and compare what's available for your specific date.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 917-935-6880 before booking.
Brooklyn Party Bus Rates Built for Your Budget
Brooklyn party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, your total hours, and demand on that date. As a general planning range: a minibus typically runs $200–$250 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 per hour on weekends. A mid-size party bus in the 25–30 passenger range tends to fall between $250–$375 per hour on weekends.
A full 56-passenger charter bus generally runs $200–$350 per hour. Per-day rates for longer bookings vary — check the party bus prices page for planning ranges across every vehicle type.
Those are ballpark figures to help you plan, not a quote. A specific quote for your date, headcount, and route takes about a minute to generate — fill out the online form or call 917-935-6880 and you'll have pricing fast.

Compare Prices on Brooklyn Party Buses
Brooklyn has no shortage of group transportation options — the problem is finding the right one without spending two hours on the phone. Queenspartybuscompany.com exists to solve that. One form, or one call to 917-935-6880, and you get vehicle options and pricing from providers serving Brooklyn without hunting them down one by one. You're not locked into a single fleet, which means more vehicle types, more availability on busy dates, and more price points to match your budget.
That flexibility matters most during Brooklyn's busiest weekends. When a sold-out show hits Barclays Center on a Saturday night and rideshare surge pricing kicks in around Atlantic Avenue, having a reserved bus already locked in means your group isn't scrambling. When the Mermaid Parade fills Coney Island's streets in June and parking on Surf Avenue becomes impossible, a charter bus with a set pickup and drop-off plan is a completely different experience than trying to coordinate four cars. Queenspartybuscompany.com makes it easy to get that plan in place — quickly, without obligation, any time you need it.

Group Transportation Services for Brooklyn Events
Queenspartybuscompany.com connects Brooklyn groups to the right vehicle for every occasion — airport transfers, concert nights, corporate shuttles, weddings, proms, pub crawls, birthday parties, school trips, and more. Whatever's bringing your group together in Brooklyn, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 917-935-6880 to get started.

Brooklyn Airport Shuttles & Transportation
JFK International Airport is roughly 8 miles from Downtown Brooklyn — which sounds manageable until you're on the Van Wyck Expressway at 6 p.m. on a Friday, watching departure time get closer while traffic doesn't move. A Brooklyn airport shuttle through Queenspartybuscompany.com eliminates the math: no figuring out who drives, no parking costs at JFK's on-airport garages (currently around $48–$80 per day depending on the facility and whether you pre-book), no splitting a group of 14 into three separate rideshares.
For groups flying into LaGuardia (about 11 miles from Brooklyn via the BQE and Grand Central Parkway), the same logic applies — LGA's economy lot shuttle adds time you don't always have when a flight is already late. Newark Liberty is a longer haul through the Battery Tunnel and the NJ Turnpike, where a full charter bus with undercarriage luggage storage is the right call for big groups with checked bags. Have your group collect all luggage and assemble at the agreed arrivals curb before calling for the bus — timing the pull-up at a busy airport terminal is everything.
Call 917-935-6880 to get pricing for your airport date.

Brooklyn Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Brooklyn's bar and venue circuit for a bachelorette night runs from Williamsburg rooftops to Bushwick warehouses to craft cocktail bars in Carroll Gardens — and trying to coordinate Ubers between five stops at midnight on a Saturday is how half the group ends up at the wrong address. A Brooklyn bachelorette party bus keeps everyone on the same schedule, with the next stop already loaded in and no one disappearing into a separate car.
Popular Brooklyn night-out stops include Westlight rooftop bar at the William Vale Hotel (111 N 12th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249) with skyline views over the East River, Lot 45 in Bushwick (411 Troutman St, Brooklyn, NY 11237) for late-night dancing, and Night of Joy (667 Lorimer St, Brooklyn, NY 11211) in Williamsburg for a lower-key start. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a full-length bar cabinet is the right size for most Brooklyn bachelorette groups. Weekend rates for a 25-passenger party bus run $275–$375 per hour as a planning range.
Call 917-935-6880 to check availability on your date.

Brooklyn Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Brooklyn has a long tradition of big birthday celebrations — Sweet 16s and quinceañeras in Sunset Park, Bay Ridge, and Canarsie regularly draw 40–80 guests, and a party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances you can make. A Brooklyn birthday party bus in the 40–50 passenger range handles those larger guest counts, with color-changing LED lighting, wraparound seating, and flat-panel TVs on board.
For venue receptions at spots like Giando on the Water (400 Kent Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211) on the Williamsburg waterfront, event spaces at Industry City in Sunset Park, and waterfront venues in Red Hook, a larger party bus keeps the full guest list moving together in one trip. For adult milestone birthdays doing a Williamsburg bar crawl or a rooftop night at Westlight, a 20–25 passenger party bus is a great match. Call 917-935-6880 to get pricing for your birthday group size and date.

Brooklyn Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Barclays Center (620 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217) sits at one of the most congested intersections in the borough — Atlantic and Flatbush — where four subway lines converge and street parking disappears entirely on event nights. The arena holds up to 19,000 for concerts, and when a major artist sells it out, the rideshare pickup queue on Atlantic Avenue backs up past the arena and onto Pacific Street. A Brooklyn concert bus rental bypasses that entirely: your group gets dropped at the arena entrance before the crowd forms, and the pickup window is already arranged before you walk in.
For shows at the Brooklyn Steel (319 Frost St, Brooklyn, NY 11222) in East Williamsburg or Elsewhere (599 Johnson Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11237) in Bushwick, street parking on those industrial blocks is extremely limited and rideshare availability after midnight gets unpredictable. A party bus with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound keeps the energy going from your first stop to the venue — and handles the ride home when the show ends at 1 a.m. Call 917-935-6880 to compare concert bus options for your date.

Brooklyn Corporate Event Transportation
Brooklyn's corporate geography is spread out in a way that makes shuttle logistics genuinely complicated. DUMBO sits at the base of the Manhattan Bridge with limited street loading zones and heavy delivery traffic on weekday mornings. The Brooklyn Navy Yard's Building 77 and Dock 72 are major event and office venues, but the Navy Yard's internal roads require coordination and the nearest subway stops are a 15-minute walk.
The Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park hosts large corporate events and has on-site bus staging, but it's a haul from most Midtown hotels.
A Brooklyn corporate charter bus handles each of these corridors cleanly. A 15–35 passenger minibus runs employee shuttles between a DUMBO office and a Midtown hotel block without the BQE commute stress. A full charter bus moves a 50-person team from a Brooklyn Army Terminal conference to a Clinton Hill dinner without anyone getting lost on the G train.
Call 917-935-6880 to discuss group shuttle contracts or one-time event transportation.

Brooklyn Private Event Transportation Services
Brooklyn's biggest public events create some of the most predictable transportation headaches in New York. The Coney Island Mermaid Parade in June draws over one million visitors to Surf Avenue, turning the entire Neptune Avenue and Ocean Parkway corridor into gridlock for hours before and after. The Brooklyn Half Marathon in May closes Prospect Park West and Ocean Parkway from Grand Army Plaza to the boardwalk — a major arterial road shut down on a Saturday morning.
The New York City Marathon in November routes through Fourth Avenue in Bay Ridge and across the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge approach, closing streets across multiple neighborhoods.
A private Brooklyn event charter bus with a pre-planned route avoids the worst of these closures — your group doesn't spend an hour trying to find parking that doesn't exist. For family reunions using Prospect Park's Long Meadow, a charter bus drops the group at the West Drive entrance and stages nearby, instead of everyone hunting for metered spots on Flatbush Avenue. Call 917-935-6880 well before any major Brooklyn event weekend — popular dates go fast.

Brooklyn Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Brooklyn runs April through June, with high schools across Brooklyn — Stuyvesant, Brooklyn Tech, Edward R. Murrow, and dozens of others — scheduling their events in a roughly six-week window. That overlap creates a real availability crunch. A Brooklyn prom party bus booked in January or February is a completely different transaction than one booked in April — earlier means more vehicle choices, better pricing, and no scramble.
For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and premium pricing.
Popular Brooklyn prom venues include waterfront event spaces in DUMBO and Red Hook, along with hotel ballrooms in Downtown Brooklyn. A 20–28 passenger party bus is the standard fit for most Brooklyn prom groups. Weekend rates for a 20-passenger bus run $275–$350 per hour as a planning reference.
Call 917-935-6880 to lock in your prom date before the spring rush hits.

Brooklyn School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Brooklyn's school field trip destinations range from the Brooklyn Museum (200 Eastern Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY 11238) — where bus drop-off is on Eastern Parkway at the museum's main entrance and the museum's group entrance is on the south side of the building — to the New York Aquarium (602 Surf Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11224) in Coney Island, which has bus parking available in its adjacent lot off West 8th Street. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden (990 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225) is directly adjacent to the museum and uses the same Eastern Parkway corridor for group arrivals.
A Brooklyn school charter bus keeps students together from pickup to drop-off, with overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags, onboard TV screens to keep groups engaged on longer crossings, and — on select vehicles — onboard restrooms that eliminate unplanned pit stops. ADA-accessible buses are available through the network; mention it when you request your quote. Call 917-935-6880 to get pricing and check availability for your field trip date.

Brooklyn Sporting Event Transportation
The biggest Brooklyn sports draw right now is Barclays Center (620 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217), home of the Brooklyn Nets. The arena's location at Atlantic Terminal — one of the most transit-dense spots in Brooklyn — means rideshare pickup is a genuine post-game problem: thousands of people exiting onto Atlantic Avenue at once, with Uber and Lyft surge pricing hitting 2–3x before the final buzzer. A Brooklyn Nets game charter bus sidesteps the queue entirely — your group has a confirmed pickup window and a bus already staged nearby when the game ends.
For New York Yankees games in the Bronx or MetLife Stadium events across the Hudson, a full 56-passenger charter bus is the right call for large fan groups — undercarriage storage for tailgate supplies, onboard restrooms for the ride, and one flat group rate instead of a $45-per-head rideshare bill each way. Check the MetLife Stadium bus rental guide for logistics specific to that venue. Call 917-935-6880 to price out a Brooklyn sports group trip.

Brooklyn Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Brooklyn wedding venues are spectacular and logistically complex in equal measure. The Green Building (452 Union St, Brooklyn, NY 11231) in Carroll Gardens sits on a residential block with no off-street parking and extremely limited street loading — a shuttle bus that moves guests in waves from a nearby hotel block is essentially the only clean solution. Frankies 457 Spuntino (457 Court St, Brooklyn, NY 11231) has similar constraints.
The Liberty Warehouse (260 Conover St, Brooklyn, NY 11231) in Red Hook has on-site parking but sits at the end of a long service road that's disorienting for out-of-town guests navigating without local knowledge.
A Brooklyn wedding shuttle bus handles all of it: a timed circuit between the hotel block, ceremony, and reception so guests never have to figure out a car service at 11 p.m. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the standard pick for the wedding party on the day itself. Because Brooklyn wedding weekends in May, June, September, and October book out fast, locking in transportation 4–6 months ahead is strongly advised.
Call 917-935-6880 to check your date.

Brooklyn Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Brooklyn's craft brewery scene is dense enough to fill a full day — and a Brooklyn pub crawl bus rental is genuinely the only way to hit all of them without splitting the group or losing people to parking. Threes Brewing (333 Douglass St, Brooklyn, NY 11217) in Gowanus, Interboro Spirits & Ales (942 Grand St, Brooklyn, NY 11211) in East Williamsburg, and Strong Rope Brewery (185 Van Dyke St, Brooklyn, NY 11231) in Red Hook are all popular stops on a Brooklyn brewery circuit.
Parking on Douglass Street in Gowanus or on Grand Street in East Williamsburg on a Saturday afternoon is extremely limited and metered — a party bus stages between stops so nobody loses the group between pints. A 20–25 passenger party bus runs $275–$375 per hour on weekends as a planning range. Call 917-935-6880 to get a quote for your Brooklyn brewery route.

How much does a party bus cost in Brooklyn?
Brooklyn party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, the day of the week, and how many hours you need. As a general planning reference: a 15–35 passenger minibus runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs $275–$375 per hour on weekends; a 40–56 passenger charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour. These are planning ranges, not quotes — pricing for your specific trip moves with demand, the date, and availability.
Fill out the online form or call 917-935-6880 and you'll have pricing for your date in about a minute. See the full Brooklyn party bus prices page for ranges across every vehicle type.
What's the best vehicle size for a Brooklyn bar crawl?
For most Brooklyn bar crawl groups — typically 15–30 people — a 20- or 25-passenger party bus is the right fit. It's maneuverable enough for Williamsburg and Bushwick side streets where larger vehicles have trouble staging, and it comes with the bar cabinet and LED lighting most groups want for a night out. If your group is larger than 30, a 40-passenger party bus works well; just know that some Brooklyn neighborhood blocks have tight turns where a very large vehicle needs a staging spot one block away.
A support team at 917-935-6880 can help match the vehicle to your specific route.
Where does a charter bus drop off at Barclays Center?
Barclays Center's main vehicle access is off Atlantic Avenue and Flatbush Avenue. Commercial buses and coaches typically use the Atlantic Avenue frontage for drop-off, with the arena's main entrance steps away. On major event nights, Atlantic Avenue between Flatbush and 4th Avenue sees very heavy congestion — the cleaner approach is coordinating arrival timing well before the event starts rather than trying to thread through post-event traffic.
Check Barclays Center's official transportation and parking page for current guidance before your visit, as loading zone protocols can change by event.
How does airport pickup work at JFK for a group?
At JFK International Airport, commercial passenger vehicles pick up from the arrivals level of each terminal's designated commercial lane — not the departures curb. The critical step: have your entire group collect luggage and assemble curbside before the vehicle is called to pull up. JFK's terminal roads are heavily monitored and commercial vehicles can't wait in the travel lane.
Confirm which terminal your flight arrives into before booking — JFK currently has six active terminals (1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8), each with its own arrivals exit. For groups coming through multiple flights, coordinate a single assembly point before requesting the vehicle pull up. See the JFK airport shuttle guide for a full breakdown of terminal logistics.
Can a charter bus get into Red Hook, Brooklyn?
Yes, but it requires planning. Red Hook is one of the few Brooklyn neighborhoods with no direct subway access, which makes group transportation there especially valuable — but its industrial street grid includes some tight turns and loading constraints near popular venues like Liberty Warehouse and Hometown Bar-B-Que. A full 56-passenger charter bus can navigate Red Hook's main corridors (Van Brunt Street, Conover Street, Beard Street) but works best when a staging spot is identified in advance rather than circling at load-out.
A 35-passenger minibus has more flexibility on Red Hook's side streets. When you request a quote for a Red Hook venue, mention the specific address so the vehicle can be matched to the approach.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Brooklyn events outside of peak periods, 4–6 weeks of lead time is workable — but availability shrinks fast on high-demand weekends. Book at least 3–6 months out for Brooklyn prom season (April–June), New York City Marathon weekend (first Sunday in November), major Barclays Center concert dates, and June weekends during the Mermaid Parade and graduation season. The earlier you lock in a date, the more vehicle options you have and the more likely you are to get the size you need at the lower end of the pricing range.
Call 917-935-6880 now to check what's still available on your date.
Popular Brooklyn Party Bus Destinations
From Coney Island's boardwalk to the Brooklyn Museum on Eastern Parkway to a sold-out night at Barclays Center — Brooklyn's destinations are spread across the borough in ways that make a bus the obvious answer for groups. Here are six of the most popular Brooklyn party bus destinations, with the logistics that actually matter for planning your trip.

Barclays Center
Barclays Center (620 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217) is Brooklyn's 19,000-seat arena and the home of the Brooklyn Nets. It sits directly above the Atlantic Terminal transit hub, which sounds convenient until you realize that 19,000 people exiting a sold-out game funnels onto Atlantic and Flatbush simultaneously — the same corner where the B, Q, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains converge. Rideshare surge pricing on Atlantic Avenue after a Nets playoff game or a sold-out concert routinely hits 2–3x.
Commercial bus drop-off uses the Atlantic Avenue frontage. A bus rental means your group has a confirmed pickup window already in place when the final whistle blows. Check the official Barclays Center transportation page before your visit for current protocols.
Phone: (917) 618-6100.

Coney Island & MCU Park
Coney Island (1000 Surf Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11224) draws millions of visitors annually to its boardwalk, Luna Park amusement rides, and MCU Park — home of the Brooklyn Cyclones minor league baseball team. During the annual Mermaid Parade in June, Surf Avenue and the surrounding streets are closed to through traffic and parking becomes essentially impossible anywhere within a half-mile of the boardwalk. MCU Park holds about 7,000 for baseball, and the team runs frequent promotions and fireworks nights that sell out in summer.
Bus drop-off for Coney Island events uses the Surf Avenue corridor, with the New York Aquarium's bus lot on West 8th Street as a common nearby staging area. The subway (D, F, N, Q trains) runs to Coney Island-Stillwell Ave, but a charter bus beats it for large groups coming from anywhere north of Prospect Park. Phone (MCU Park): (718) 372-5596.

Brooklyn Museum
The Brooklyn Museum (200 Eastern Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY 11238) is one of the largest art museums in the United States, with about 560,000 square feet and a collection spanning 5,000 years. Group drop-off is on Eastern Parkway at the museum's main entrance — the Grand Army Plaza end of Eastern Parkway is the approach route for most vehicles coming from the north. The museum hosts the wildly popular First Saturday free events on the first Saturday of most months, drawing crowds that pack the Eastern Parkway corridor and overwhelm street parking on Washington Avenue and Flatbush Avenue.
Advance coordination is recommended for group visits; contact the museum's group tours department at the official group visits page before your trip. A minibus is the right vehicle for most museum group sizes. Phone: (718) 638-5000.

Prospect Park
Prospect Park (95 Prospect Park W, Brooklyn, NY 11215) is Brooklyn's 585-acre green space — designed by the same team behind Central Park — and it hosts some of the largest outdoor events in the borough. Celebrate Brooklyn! at the Bandshell runs June through August with paid concerts that sell out weeks in advance, and the park's road loop closes to cars every weekend, which means street parking on Flatbush Avenue, Prospect Park West, and Ocean Parkway fills up by late morning on busy days. Bus access to the park uses Prospect Park West near the 3rd Street entrance for the Bandshell area, or the Empire Boulevard entrance near the zoo for the east side.
A charter bus is the right call for large family reunion groups using the Long Meadow's picnic areas. The official Prospect Park website lists current event schedules. Phone: (718) 965-8951.

Industry City
Industry City (220 36th St, Brooklyn, NY 11232) is a 35-acre campus of former industrial warehouses in Sunset Park, now home to restaurants, food halls, creative offices, retail, and event spaces. The complex spans six city blocks along the Brooklyn waterfront between 32nd and 39th Streets, and its internal layout — a series of interconnected buildings with multiple courtyards — makes first-time navigation genuinely confusing for groups arriving in separate vehicles. Bus drop-off uses the 36th Street entrance off Second Avenue, with on-site loading zones for commercial vehicles in the courtyard areas.
The nearest subway (D, N, R trains to 36th Street) is about a 10-minute walk. Industry City hosts major food and design events throughout the year, including a holiday market in December that packs its corridors on weekends. A minibus or mid-size party bus is the right fit for most Industry City corporate or social group outings.
Phone: (347) 674-3900.

Brooklyn Navy Yard
The Brooklyn Navy Yard (63 Flushing Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11205) is a 300-acre working industrial campus that's also home to major event spaces including Building 92, the BLDG 92 museum, and Dock 72 — a 675,000 square-foot office and event building on the waterfront developed with WeWork. The Navy Yard's internal road system is gated, and vehicle entry is managed through staffed checkpoints at the Flushing Avenue and Navy Street gates — large commercial vehicles need to be on the event guest list to enter. The nearest subway (G train to Flushing Avenue) is about a 15-minute walk, which makes a private shuttle significantly more practical for groups, especially in summer heat or after evening events.
A minibus running a shuttle circuit between a Navy Yard event and a downtown Brooklyn hotel block is a common and efficient setup. Review access details through the official Brooklyn Navy Yard visitor page before your event date. Phone: (718) 907-5900.
