Find the Right Party Bus Service in The Bronx
Queenspartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, not a fleet operator. That distinction is actually great news for you. Instead of calling five different Bronx transportation companies, describing your headcount over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up, you fill out one form and compare buses, vehicle types, and rates from a large network of providers serving The Bronx and all of New York City in seconds.
Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party pickup at a Grand Concourse venue, a 25-passenger party bus for a birthday night through Fordham and Arthur Avenue, or a full-size charter bus to move a corporate group between Midtown Manhattan and a Bronx event space — Queenspartybuscompany.com puts all those options in front of you at once. Browse vehicles, compare rates, and find what fits your group without the runaround. Call 917-935-6880 any time, any day, for a free quote with no pressure.

Available Onboard Bus Amenities in The Bronx
Not every Bronx group trip calls for the same vehicle. A 15–50 passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length bar setup — the right fit for a birthday crawl through Fordham Road or a bachelorette night ending in Mott Haven. A minibus brings comfortable reclining seats and powerful climate control without the party-bus footprint, which makes it a natural fit for wedding guest shuttles between a Bronx reception hall and a Manhattan hotel block.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which matters a lot when you're moving a school group to the Bronx Zoo or running a corporate shuttle between multiple stops. Amenities vary by vehicle — compare options side by side using the quote tool or call 917-935-6880 to ask what's available on your date.

How Much to Rent a Party Bus in The Bronx?
Party bus prices in The Bronx vary based on vehicle type, the date, and how long you need it. As a planning range: a minibus rental typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus runs $275–$375 per hour on weekends, and a full-size charter bus generally falls in the $200–$350 per hour range regardless of the day. Per-day rates for a 25-passenger party bus range from $1,850 to $2,900.
Pricing shifts with the specific date, itinerary, and vehicle availability — so these are planning figures, not a quote.
The fastest way to get a pricing estimate for your trip is to call 917-935-6880 or use the online form. Either way, you could have pricing in about a minute. Check the party bus prices page for a fuller breakdown by vehicle type.

Compare Prices on The Bronx Party Buses
The Bronx is one of the most logistically demanding boroughs to move a group through. The Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) backs up hard on Yankees game days and can add 45 minutes to a trip that should take 15. The Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95) is notorious for slow-moving congestion at almost any hour.
Street parking near Yankee Stadium on a sold-out night runs $40–$60 in private lots, and those lots fill up well before first pitch. Coordinating multiple cars under those conditions is a genuine headache.
Queenspartybuscompany.com helps you cut through all of that by making it easy to find a single vehicle — the right size, the right amenities, the right price — that handles the route for your group while you skip the parking scramble entirely. Not a bus company means you're never stuck with one fleet's limited options. You compare buses from a large network of providers serving The Bronx, all in one place, with a free quote available any time by calling 917-935-6880 or using the 30-second online tool.
No account, no obligation — just options.
Group & Event Transportation Services in The Bronx
Queenspartybuscompany.com helps groups find transportation for every occasion in The Bronx — from airport transfers and Yankees game day shuttles to wedding shuttles, bachelorette nights, prom, concerts, corporate events, and school field trips. Whatever brings your group to The Bronx, the right bus is in the network.

The Bronx Airport Shuttles & Transportation
LaGuardia Airport (LGA) sits about 5 miles south of the Bronx–Queens border, and John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is roughly 20 miles southeast. For large groups flying in or out, coordinating multiple car services or rideshares across separate terminals is a logistical nightmare — especially at LGA, where Terminal B's arrivals drive funnels heavy traffic through a single curbside approach.
A charter bus or minibus rental through Queenspartybuscompany.com consolidates everyone onto one vehicle, with curbside pickup at the agreed arrivals door once your group has collected luggage. For JFK groups, the JFK airport shuttle guide walks through terminal-by-terminal pickup logistics. LaGuardia group pickup specifics are covered in the LGA shuttle guide.
The critical step at either airport: have your group coordinator confirm the full party has luggage in hand before the bus is called to the curb — commercial vehicles on airport property have limited dwell time. Call 917-935-6880 to set up a Bronx airport shuttle for your group.

The Bronx Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Bronx bachelorette night has real range. Start with dinner at Zero Otto Nove (2357 Arthur Ave, Bronx, NY 10458) in the Arthur Avenue Little Italy corridor, move the group to a rooftop bar in Mott Haven — one of the Bronx's fastest-growing nightlife neighborhoods along 3rd Avenue — and finish the night across the Willis Avenue Bridge into East Harlem or down to Midtown. Without a party bus, that itinerary means coordinating three separate rideshare calls at 11pm on a Saturday, with surge pricing running double the normal rate.
A Bronx bachelorette party bus with LED lighting, a sound system, and perimeter seating keeps the whole group on one vehicle and the energy up between stops. The night runs on your schedule, not Uber's. Call 917-935-6880 to compare party bus options for your date.

The Bronx Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
The Bronx has one of the highest concentrations of quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations in New York City, with banquet halls and event venues running the full length of the Grand Concourse, Fordham Road, and Boston Road. A party bus arrival at a venue like Maestro's Caterers (1703 Bronxdale Ave, Bronx, NY 10462) makes for an entrance the honoree will talk about for years.
Party buses seating 15–50 passengers are available through the network, and you can request specific exterior colors or configurations when you call. For adult milestone birthdays heading out to Arthur Avenue for dinner before a night in the city, a Bronx birthday party bus keeps every guest together and takes the parking equation off the table entirely. Fill out the form or call 917-935-6880 to check availability on your date.

The Bronx Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Yankee Stadium (1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451) hosts some of the biggest concert tours in the country during the summer — Bruce Springsteen, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift — and the stadium's surrounding streets become genuinely impassable for the two hours before showtime. River Avenue fills with pedestrian traffic, paid surface lots on 157th and 161st Streets hit capacity by late afternoon, and the 4 train platform at 161st Street–Yankee Stadium gets shoulder-to-shoulder crowded post-show.
A Bronx concert bus rental sidesteps all of that by dropping your group at the stadium's designated commercial vehicle zone and returning for pickup once the crowd has started to thin. Concert transportation for groups heading to Yankee Stadium or any Bronx venue is easy to book — fill out the form or call 917-935-6880 and compare options in about a minute.

The Bronx Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate groups moving between Midtown Manhattan and Bronx meeting venues — or shuttling employees to events at Fordham University's Rose Hill Campus (441 E Fordham Rd, Bronx, NY 10458) or the New York Botanical Garden's event spaces — run into the same problem each trip: the Cross Bronx Expressway. I-95 through the Bronx is one of the most congested stretches of highway in the entire United States, and arrival times by individual car are genuinely unpredictable during morning and afternoon peak hours.
A Bronx corporate event bus rental keeps the whole team on one vehicle and on one schedule. A minibus is the right call for executive groups of 15–20, with reclining seats and climate control for a clean, comfortable transfer. For larger employee shuttles, a full-size charter bus with overhead storage and onboard restrooms handles the capacity.
Call 917-935-6880 to discuss corporate shuttle rates and availability.

The Bronx Private Event Transportation Services
Large-scale private events in The Bronx — family reunions at Pelham Bay Park, corporate outings at the New York Botanical Garden (2900 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458), or multi-venue celebration days — run into a consistent problem: Southern Boulevard and Kazimiroff Boulevard inside the NYBG campus have no meaningful street parking for groups arriving by car, and the Mosholu Parkway approach gets backed up badly on busy weekend afternoons.
A private event charter bus rental drops your group at the venue's designated commercial arrival point and removes the car-coordination problem entirely. For the Botanical Garden specifically, group arrival logistics and bus staging areas should be confirmed directly with the venue's events team before your visit. The Bronx also hosts the annual Bronx Night Market in Fordham — a high-attendance food and culture event where street parking around Fordham Plaza disappears fast.
Call 917-935-6880 to discuss your private event date and headcount.

The Bronx Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in The Bronx — concentrated in late April and May — is the single highest-demand window for party bus rentals across the entire borough. High schools including Cardinal Spellman, All Hallows, DeWitt Clinton, and Fordham Prep all hold prom within a narrow 5–6 week window, and every available vehicle in the network sees a spike in bookings. For Bronx prom: book by January or expect limited vehicle selection and higher rates.
Waiting until March is not a strategy — it is a guarantee of fewer options and more expensive pricing. A Bronx prom party bus with LED lighting, premium sound, and a flat-panel TV is exactly what the group is picturing. Book it before that window closes.
Call 917-935-6880 now to lock in your date.

The Bronx School Event & Field Trip Transportation
The Bronx Zoo (2300 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10460) is the most common Bronx field trip destination in New York City, and the zoo's official group arrival guidance directs school buses and charter buses to the Bronx River entrance on Boston Road for large group drop-off. The Fordham Road entrance handles general admission. Bus parking is available on-site, which matters — school groups arriving by individual parent carpool face a genuine parking shortage on busy weekend and spring weekday dates.
For Bronx school field trip transportation, a full-size charter bus with overhead storage, a PA system, and onboard restrooms keeps a full class comfortable and together from pickup to drop-off. The Bronx Museum of the Arts (1040 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10456) and Wave Hill (4900 Independence Ave, Bronx, NY 10471) are also popular group destinations with limited street parking nearby — a bus eliminates the chaperone logistics problem at both. Call 917-935-6880 to check availability and get a quote for your school group.

The Bronx Sporting Event Transportation
Yankees game days at Yankee Stadium (1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451) are the clearest case for a Bronx sports charter bus rental. The stadium draws 46,000+ fans on a full house, and the post-game situation around River Avenue and the Major Deegan is organized chaos. The 4, B, and D trains run express service to 161st Street–Yankee Stadium, but they're packed shoulder-to-shoulder after the final out.
Private surface lots around the stadium charge $35–$60 depending on the game, and the further lots require a 10–15 minute walk each way in whatever the June heat or October cold happens to bring.
A Yankees game day charter bus drops your group at the stadium's designated commercial vehicle zone on Ruppert Place, and the bus is staged for post-game pickup so your group walks out and gets on — no lot retrieval, no train crowd, no surge pricing. For fan groups wanting the pregame energy, a 25–50 passenger party bus brings the sound system and the setup. Check the MetLife Stadium bus guide if your group is also considering games across the river.
Call 917-935-6880 to get a Yankees game shuttle quote in about a minute.

The Bronx Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding venues along the Grand Concourse and in Riverdale — including the landmark halls near the Concourse Plaza and waterfront event spaces in the Spuyten Duyvil neighborhood — almost never offer free dedicated guest parking in sufficient quantity for a full reception. Guests traveling from Manhattan, Queens, or New Jersey are looking at a 30–45 minute drive depending on the hour, and the last thing anyone wants on a wedding night is coordinating a 15-car caravan across the Willis Avenue Bridge.
A Bronx wedding shuttle bus stages at the hotel block and runs timed loops to the ceremony and reception venue, so guests arrive together and no one is stranded after the last dance. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right fit for the bridal party itself — the right size, the right look, without the full party-bus footprint. Call 917-935-6880 to put together a wedding day transportation plan for your specific venues.

The Bronx Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Bronx has a growing craft beer scene anchored by Bronx Brewery (856 E 136th St, Bronx, NY 10454) in Port Morris, which has a large taproom and outdoor space that draws weekend crowds from across the city. Gun Hill Brewing Company (3227 Webster Ave, Bronx, NY 10467) in Norwood is another standout, known for its rotating seasonal lineup. An afternoon moving between Port Morris, the Arthur Avenue corridor for food, and Gun Hill in Norwood covers almost the full length of the borough — a route that would mean three separate Uber calls, parking at none of them, and a genuinely annoying amount of coordination.
A Bronx pub crawl party bus rental stages at each stop, keeps the group together, and means no one is watching their phone trying to coordinate the next pickup. Fill out the quote form or call 917-935-6880 to check vehicle availability on your date.

Queenspartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not own or operate any vehicles. The site makes it easy to fill out one request and compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans from a large network of providers serving The Bronx and the greater New York area — all in one place, with no account required.
How does Queenspartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online quote form or call 917-935-6880 any time. You'll be able to compare different vehicle types, configurations, and pricing from providers serving your area. There's no obligation to book, and a support team is available every day of the year if you have questions or want help putting together a custom itinerary.
How much does a party bus cost in The Bronx?
Party bus rental prices in The Bronx vary based on vehicle size, date, and how many hours you need. As a general planning range, a 25-passenger party bus runs $275–$375 per hour on weekends, while a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends. A full-size charter bus generally falls between $200 and $350 per hour.
These are planning ranges — pricing for your specific date and itinerary is available in about a minute by calling 917-935-6880 or using the online form. See the Bronx party bus prices page for a full vehicle-by-vehicle breakdown.
Where do buses park at Yankee Stadium on game day?
Yankee Stadium's surrounding streets — River Avenue, Ruppert Place, and 161st Street — are managed for commercial vehicle traffic on game days, with specific designated zones for drop-off and pickup. Private surface lots in the immediate area charge $35–$60 depending on the event. The stadium's official transportation page has current parking and approach guidance, which can change by event — check it before your game day.
Booking a bus eliminates the lot cost entirely and means your group gets dropped off steps from the gate instead of walking from a remote lot.
What is the best vehicle size for a Bronx Zoo school field trip?
For most school group sizes, a 40–56 passenger charter bus is the practical fit — it handles a full class in one vehicle, has overhead storage for backpacks and lunches, and typically includes onboard restrooms for a group that might spend four or five hours at the zoo. The Bronx Zoo's group arrival information directs large buses to the Bronx River entrance on Boston Road, where dedicated bus parking is available. Confirm your specific arrival time and bus staging with the zoo's group sales team before your visit, since high-volume spring field trip dates book fast and parking logistics vary.
When is the busiest time of year for Bronx party bus rentals?
Prom season (late April through May) is the single highest-demand window, with Bronx high schools all competing for the same vehicles in the same weeks. Yankees home opener weekend and the summer concert series at Yankee Stadium also spike demand significantly — particularly for large charter buses and party buses with 30+ seats. Art Basel weekend in early December is not a Bronx-specific event, but it draws enough NYC-wide travel that bus availability tightens metro-wide.
Book at least three to four months ahead for prom and at least six to eight weeks ahead for Yankees playoff games or summer stadium concerts.
Can a charter bus get to Wave Hill or the New York Botanical Garden?
Yes to both, with advance coordination. Wave Hill (4900 Independence Ave, Bronx, NY 10471) is accessible from the Henry Hudson Parkway and Independence Avenue, but the Riverdale neighborhood streets are narrow in places — confirm your specific vehicle size and arrival approach with Wave Hill's events team before your visit. The New York Botanical Garden directs large group vehicles to Kazimiroff Boulevard and the Mosholu Gate area; their group visit page has current logistics for organized arrivals.
In both cases, confirming bus access specifics in advance avoids surprises on the day of your event.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Bronx events outside peak windows, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but earlier always means more vehicle options and better pricing. For Yankees playoff games or a sold-out summer stadium concert, six to eight weeks is the safer window. For prom, book by January — rates and availability shift significantly as spring approaches and the borough's high school prom dates converge.
For weddings, three to six months out is the standard recommendation. The earlier you call 917-935-6880, the more options you'll have to work with.
Popular The Bronx Party Bus Destinations
From Yankee Stadium to the Arthur Avenue Little Italy corridor, the New York Botanical Garden to the Bronx Zoo, The Bronx has more group-worthy destinations than most people realize. Here's what to know about getting a bus to the borough's biggest draws.

Yankee Stadium
Yankee Stadium (1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451) is one of the highest-capacity venues in New York City, with a baseball seating capacity of 46,537, which expands for larger soccer and concert configurations. On a full-house Yankees night, River Avenue becomes pedestrian-dense by 5pm, and the Major Deegan Expressway slows to a crawl in both directions for hours after the final out. Private lots within a two-block radius charge $35–$60, with no free street parking within reasonable walking distance.
Commercial vehicles use Ruppert Place for event drop-off. The official stadium transportation page has current lot and approach guidance by event type. For groups heading to a playoff game or summer concert, availability for party buses and charter buses tightens fast — book four to six weeks out at minimum.
Address: 1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451 | Phone: (718) 293-4300

New York Botanical Garden
The New York Botanical Garden (2900 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458) spans 250 acres and draws roughly one million visitors a year, with peak attendance during the Holiday Train Show (November–January) and the Orchid Show (February–April). During those windows, the Mosholu Parkway approach backs up on weekend mornings, and the Mosholu lot — the garden's primary public parking — fills by mid-morning on sold-out event days. Parking runs about $25 per vehicle, with lower member rates.
Large group and bus arrivals are directed to the Mosholu Gate on Southern Boulevard. Confirm bus staging specifics with the NYBG group visits team before your date, especially during the Holiday Train Show, when demand is at its annual peak. A charter bus to nearby UBS Arena is an option worth noting for groups combining a garden visit with an evening event.
Address: 2900 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458 | Phone: (718) 817-8700

Bronx Zoo
The Bronx Zoo (2300 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10460) is the largest metropolitan zoo in the United States, covering 265 acres and home to more than 6,000 animals. It is also one of the most logistically complex group destinations in the borough — entrances on Fordham Road (the main Bronx River Gate), Boston Road (the Bronx River Entrance for group and bus arrivals), and Southern Boulevard each serve different visitor flows. The zoo's official group visit guidance directs chartered buses and school groups to the Boston Road entrance, where dedicated bus parking is available.
Spring field trip season (April–June) is the highest-demand window; popular weekday dates book months in advance. General admission parking in zoo lots costs $22 per vehicle, which adds up fast for groups arriving in multiple cars.
Address: 2300 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10460 | Phone: (718) 367-1010

Arthur Avenue Little Italy
Arthur Avenue (centered around 2344 Arthur Ave, Bronx, NY 10458) is the Bronx's original Italian-American market corridor and one of New York City's best food destinations — more authentic by most accounts than its Manhattan counterpart. The strip runs from Crescent Avenue down to 187th Street and is anchored by the Arthur Avenue Retail Market, which houses butchers, bakers, cheese vendors, and prepared food stalls under one roof. Street parking on Arthur Avenue and the surrounding blocks is metered and genuinely scarce on weekend afternoons.
A minibus or party bus drops the group at the market entrance and stages on a side street, meaning the group moves freely between stops on the block without anyone circling for a spot. For food tour groups of 15–30, a minibus is the right call here.
Address: Arthur Avenue Retail Market — 2344 Arthur Ave, Bronx, NY 10458 | Phone: (718) 295-5033

Bronx Brewery
Bronx Brewery (856 E 136th St, Bronx, NY 10454) anchors the Port Morris craft beer corridor in the South Bronx, with a large taproom, outdoor beer garden, and rotating tap list that draws serious beer crowds from across the five boroughs. Port Morris is an industrial neighborhood — there's more street parking here than in Fordham or Mott Haven, but the brewery's weekend events regularly fill the immediate block. Combined with a stop at Gun Hill Brewing Company (3227 Webster Ave, Bronx, NY 10467) in Norwood, a Bronx brewery crawl covers about 9 miles of the borough, which is a miserable itinerary in separate cars and a completely natural one by party bus.
The two breweries represent nearly opposite ends of the borough, making consolidated transportation the obvious call for any group doing both in one day.
Address: 856 E 136th St, Bronx, NY 10454 | Phone: (718) 402-1000

Wave Hill
Wave Hill (4900 Independence Ave, Bronx, NY 10471) is a 28-acre public garden and cultural center in Riverdale overlooking the Hudson River and the Palisades, open Tuesday through Sunday. It is one of the most scenic event venues in the borough, and its hilltop position in Riverdale means the surrounding streets — Independence Avenue, West 249th Street, and the approach from the Henry Hudson Parkway — are narrow and residential, not built for easy parking. The Wave Hill parking lot holds a limited number of vehicles, and on peak event days it fills before mid-morning.
Admission is $10 for adults, $6 for students and seniors 65+, $4 for children ages 6 and up, and free on Thursdays. Groups of 20 or more should arrange arrival logistics directly with Wave Hill's events team. A minibus is the right vehicle size for this location — small enough to navigate Riverdale's residential streets, comfortable enough for a garden-party crowd.
Address: 4900 Independence Ave, Bronx, NY 10471 | Phone: (718) 549-3200
